Millionth visitor for Madurodam

On Wednesday the 12th of June 2012 the 3-year-old Lauren was the millionth visitor since the reopening of Madurodam last year. To celebrate this milestone, Lauren was offered a year of free access to the miniature park and she and her family will get their own miniature doll in the park.
2012 was a record year for the park in terms of visitor numbers. Compared to 2011 there was an increase of 36 percentage. The new Madurodam has been opened in April 2012. M2 Leisure did the overall project management of this major upgrade containing new activities and facilities.
