A miniature park is planned to open in Kuwait City

In the ‘to be developed’ Youth park of Kuwait, a miniature city of old and new Kuwait is planned. M2Leisure recently finished the tender documents and the spot plan of this interesting leisure development.

At the start of the summer, M2Leisure was contacted by TAEP, an archictect & engineering office from Kuwait. TAEP is involved in the development of several urban parks in Kuwait City. One of the parks will be the Youth Park and will contain various leisure activities for teens and young adults. Amongst other, there will be a tree top climbing adventure, a skate park, sport facilities and a miniature park.

The miniature park will consist of two sections, the Old Kuwait City and the New Kuwait City. Both are made to scale and allow visitors to walk between miniature buildings. As Kuwait City changed amazingly fast, nowadays few historic elements can be found. The park will provide guests a better understanding of the culture, history, architecture and prosperity of the country and the city.

M2Leisure set-up the tender documents and provided the spot plan for the complete miniature park. Due to the experience we gained through our project of Madurodam and by pragmatic research and communication, we were able to provide the client quickly with the necessary documents. Currently the tender process is ongoing and preparations for the next steps are being made.
