Visual of ‘La Rolland’ shows a major tourism project

13-08-2014

Have you seen the photorealistic visual of the La Rolland project already? The visual shows a beautiful site of 84 hectare including 60,000 m² of accommodations (800 units) for short stays and 24,000 m² of facilities dedicated to leisure and sports activities as well as catering and an indoor tropical water park. The project is located in Sainte-Adèle, in the beautiful surroundings of Montreal, Canada.

La Rolland is currently in development by JAMCO Ventures Limited and its international team. M2Leisure is the overall project consultant for the development and operations of this new family oriented resort destination.

M2Leisure’s program for La Rolland includes 800 lodging units, providing an offering for short breaks and holidays. The facilities consist of a 3-pavilion village center featuring an iconic indoor waterpark set at 29 degrees Celsius 365 days a year, a sports and leisure center, shopping, F&B, restaurants and more. The amenities will be open all year round and situated in a natural and green setting. All apartments and all villas will have balconies or terraces with a view on the lakes or the green surroundings.

The project is in line with the latest leisure market trends, showing a growing preference for family oriented and proximity-based resort destinations, accessible near major urban centers. It will result in new jobs and have a significant impact on the regional economy. The opening of the resort is planned for September 2016.
