West Pioneer Family Resort

THE PROJECT
As from January 2011 our team of European experts and Western Pioneer have been working on a new family holiday concept for India. The proposed location for this concept is Lunavala in Maharashtra state (1,5 hours’ drive from Mumbai).

THE DETAILS
West Pioneer Family Resort is a concept with a reference to Center Parcs. The resort concept has been adapted based on cultural differences, geographic locations and target audience. It is a holiday destination providing luxurious villas in the middle of the nature and the resort offers its guests exclusive facilities including a unique indoor play paradise for children and a pool with spectacular slides.

OUR ROLE
M2Leisure provided overall family resort consultancy. We delivered a feasibility study and business plan including a catchment area analysis. The basis for the study and the plan was an extensive market research we managed to investigate the feasibility of this new holiday concept in India. The final report and concept book, to explain the concept of a West Pioneer Family Resort, were used to attract potential co-investors.
