Family entertainment center (FEC) development is one of the specialties of M2Leisure. Either free standing or integrated in a leisure destination (possibly combined with retail facilities) M2Leisure has the experience to support your development of activity related project.

The 4 partners of M2Leisure have worked at least for 20 years at Center Parcs Europe. Together they gained extensive knowledge of (among other) FEC’s and other indoor and outdoor leisure activities. M2Leisure can provide consultancy services and project management for the development of an FEC.

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER SENBO HOLIDAY PARK, CHINA
The Senbo Family Entertainment Center is an one of its kind, all weather and all year round holiday destination for leisure and business guests in the middle of nature. M2Leisure is consulting New Century to develop the concept of the holiday park including the Family Entertainment Center and other leisure facilities. This includes desk research, concept development, program management and the functional specifications of the Family Entertainment Center based on the defined target group. M2Leisure is the right hand of the project owner in the development of this unique leisure concept in China. Read more>>>

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER MEMBERSHIP RESORT, MIDDLE EAST
As delegated project manager, M2Leisure is the ‘right hand’ of the principal. We translate the thoughts and wishes of the principal together with the expert input of our project managers into ideas, plans and concepts. The entire course of project management and program management is coordinated by M2Leisure.
The development process of this membership resort includes creating and designing all the facilities, accommodations and activities together with partners that have been selected and coordinated by M2Leisure.
The Arabic heritage influences the creation of the FEC in all aspects and we constantly adapt the concept to perfectly integrated entertainment, activities, fun and culture in the Family Entertainment Center. Read more>>>

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER KIDS WONDERLAND, THE NETHERLANDS
For the extension of the existing Kids Wonderland Family Entertainment Center, M2Leisure provided an extensive program proposition for several ages according to the latest developments in leisure and the demands of the project owner.

The existing indoor hall will be upgraded by innovative, special and unique activities to perform within the new FEC. Together with the architect selected by M2Leisure, the team proposed a detailed program and master plan for the extension of the existing Kids Wonderland including outdoor activities, food & beverage facilities.

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER BEAR FACTORY PLAYGROUND, CHINA
The role of M2Leisure consists of the project management of the development of the Bear Factory Playground. The scope of work includes concept and program development, managing planning and budget and the operational start-up.

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER MOVERO WORLD, THE NETHERLANDS
This project gives guests the possibility to discover various kinds of motorized vehicles and try them out on perfectly themed tracks. Specifically for the FEC (all-weather), M2Leisure provided the program management, detailed design briefs and spot plans. FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT CENTER PARCS BOSTALSEE, GERMANY
This holiday park of Center Parcs opened in 2013 and includes 13.000m2 of central facilities featuring a FEC, restaurants and retail facilities. M2Leisure developed the entire program and supervised the construction of the FEC and the entire park.
For this project M2Leisure was the delegated project owner and has been responsible for budget, planning, communication and the coordination of all parties. This project is the perfect example of a turn-key project development we executed at M2Leisure.
